Hale Wa'apa where papa stored his boat was built so long ago it's a wonder it's still standing My great great grandpa built it 150 years ago when the winds would blow into hurricanes and it seemed the ropes would no longer hold we'd bring her inside the boathouse the hale waapa tho the winds have blown even the splintering wood apart like a sieve but somehow the old ways still seem to protect the new ways where as the new ways can barely protect them selves
