Sweetness of the Wildglowers

The inspiration for this painting comes from the idea of capturing summer, of preserving it. Looking at this painting is like looking through a little window, behind which it’s always summer. With it, I also want to remind that beauty is everywhere, and we can make it last — just like the joy it brings. I would like people to feel as if they are lying in a field, looking at these flowers, absorbing their colors and scents. Simply put — rejoicing in the moment. Why did I choose to paint this way? It’s all simple — like joy, like beauty. I love the process of painting, as if every brushstroke holds a memory or a feeling, and in the end, their combination creates a complete picture. Yes, it’s not only a window into summer, but also, for me as an artist, a window into myself.
