3D geometric abstraction on wood with acrylic paints and a top coat of high gloss resin which makes the finished piece appear more like glass than wood. To better represent the 3D nature of this artwork, both a front view and side view are shown here. From the front, all circles appear to be above the background. From the side, it is clear some are painted on the background while some are added above.
